If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason other than being defective, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange, provided they have not been opened, used or assembled. Refunds must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will not be accepted. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Any items that are believed defective should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and not to us. Please mail any other returns in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
